1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or utilizing services, platforms, and digital tools provided by ROGX Tech, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
2. Services & Project Deliverables
ROGX Tech provides bespoke software engineering, web application development, mobile applications, cybersecurity audits, and digital consulting subject to individualized Statements of Work (SOW) and service agreements.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full settlement of all agreed project milestone invoices, complete ownership, codebase rights, and intellectual property of custom deliverables are transferred unconditionally to the client.
4. Client Obligations & Communications
Clients agree to provide timely feedback, assets, and approvals necessary for scheduled project progression. All official project updates and requests are maintained through the ROGX Tech Client Portal.
5. Limitation of Liability
ROGX Tech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party hosting outages, upstream API changes, or unauthorized modifications made by third-party developers.
